Step into the heart of the conference experience at the Marketplace, a vibrant and welcoming space where mission meets opportunity. This unique marketplace brings together a curated selection of local non-profit organizations that are actively partnering with the conference to create meaningful, lasting impact.

Here, attendees can explore booths, engage with passionate community leaders, and learn more about the vital work being done right in our own backyard. From youth initiatives and social justice advocacy to recovery and education opportunities, the Marketplace offers a chance to discover how each organization is driving change—and how you can get involved.

Whether you're looking to collaborate, volunteer, donate, or simply go shopping, the Marketplace is a powerful reminder that when we come together, we can do more.

F.A.Q.

Is there childcare at the event?

1

There is no onsite childcare for the duration of the Reunion Conference. Babies are welcome.

Is there scholarship application available for financial support?

2

We have minimal scholarship funding available and it is first-come-first-serve. We would highly recommend volunteering if you would like to be involved. For more info, email to women@peaceportalchurch.com

How can I volunteer for this event?

3

You can sign up to volunteer by emailing women@peaceportalchurch.com

Are there recommended accommodations?

4

Hotels in the South Surrey/White Rock area are limited. We would recommend also considering Airbnb and Vrbo and exploring nearby neighbourhoods like Langley or Cloverdale for accommodation.

Will there be food served?

5

We will serve coffee, tea and water for the duration of the conference day.

Tacofino’s food truck is onsite with food for purchase. There will also be pastries and specialty drinks available for purchase at our in-house café. There are also many restaurants and grocery stores nearby as well!

I can't come for the full day. Can I come for just part of it?

6

Yes! When you register, please select the time option thats suits you and your schedule best.
