Healing for Resilient Parenting

Lindsay Sealey

Room 201

Parenting is one of the most meaningful—and demanding—journeys we embark on. But when we carry unhealed wounds from our past, parenting can sometimes feel overwhelming or even triggering. Healing for Resilient Parenting is a compassionate and empowering workshop designed to support parents and caregivers in exploring their own healing journey while strengthening their ability to parent with presence, patience, and resilience.

In this workshop, participants will:

  • Explore how personal healing impacts parenting styles and relationships.

  • Learn tools to regulate emotions and manage stress in the heat of parenting moments.

  • Discover practices to build connection, communication, and trust with their children.

  • Connect with a supportive community of parents navigating similar experiences.

Whether you're actively working through past trauma, navigating cycles of generational patterns, or simply seeking more grounded ways to show up for your children, this workshop offers space for reflection, growth, and healing.
