Grief Support Groups will begin the first week of October. These groups are for anyone who has suffered a loss and would like to learn more about grief, how to cope with it, and find support from fellow grievers. This group will meet on Tuesday mornings beginning October 7th at 10:00am in Room 206. Registration is required for these 8 week sessions.
The Sanctuary Course was designed for communities of faith who want to explore key mental health topics. It’s for a wide range of people including those who have questions around mental health, mental health professionals, and people living with or supporting someone with mental health challenges.
