Sanctuary

$175/Hour

  • Maximum Seating Capacity: 1,050 

  • The sanctuary has main floor and balcony seating with capabilities of accommodating concerts, choirs, commencements, funerals, and various other events. 

  • Sanctuary availability requires a minimum charge of four (4) hours. 

  • All Sanctuary rentals require a Peace Portal audio/visual technician for support and will include a minimum of one (1) hour of set up and one (1) hour of tear down. 

  • All room rates include custodial support for one (1) hour of set up and one (1) hour for tear down. Additional custodial fees will be charged over and above the allotted time. If the rental happens on a day when the facilities are otherwise closed, there will be a minimum four (4) hour custodial fee in addition to the room rental. 

    Custodial Fee: $30/Hour 

  • Depending on the technical scope of your event, the room being rented, and the audio/visual equipment required, Peace Portal may assign a mandatory in-house technician to your rental. All rentals requiring technical support will include additional fees for one (1) hour of set up and one (1) hour of tear down. 

    Technical services available include live audio mixing and livestream capabilities. Technical services are dependent on availability. 

    Technician Fee: $50/Hour 

    Livestream Fee: $75/Event 

  • The following technical equipment may be rented without the need for technical or custodial support. Technical equipment is dependent on availability. 

    60” TV: $20/Event 

    Projector: $20/Event 

  • All café service will include additional hospitality fees for one (1) hour of set up and one (1) hour of tear down. Café service includes ordering of supplies as well as brewing coffee/tea and the cleaning of equipment. Café services available include medium roast coffee, including decaf, as well as steeped tea. All café services are dependent on availability. 

    Hospitality Fee: $25/Hour 

    Coffee and/or tea: $2 per person
