The Wonder of the Mind
with Tracey Dickie, RCC
The Wonder of the Mind explores the wisdom of how God created us and how that design shows up in our everyday lives — especially in our relationships, reactions, and emotions. Together, we’ll gently unpack why we are the way we are and why we sometimes respond the way we do to difficult people and challenging situations.
Maybe you’ve wondered, “Why do I react like that?”
Maybe you’ve been hard on yourself for being critical, irritable, anxious, or overwhelmed.
What if those responses aren’t character flaws, but signals — invitations to deeper understanding and healing?
Through a faith-filled and trauma-informed lens, this session offers insight into how our past experiences shape our present reactions, and how greater awareness can help us move from being tossed about by circumstances to living with greater peace, choice, and freedom. This is an invitation to meet yourself with kindness, grow in self-understanding, and step more fully into the woman God created you to be.
