The Wonder of Movement

The Wonder of Movement is a workout session that will include warmup, the principles of exercises such as squats, back pain remedies, core bracing, and finally a cooldown. The workout is optional, you can participate or cheer others on. If you choose to participate please bring a mat and water. Time permitting we will address any questions or concerns specific to your health, or any other inquiries.
Taylor Moffat
Taylor has been a Personal Trainer for 5+ years and in the fitness industry for 10. Her background is in Kinesiology, biomechanics, rehabilitation, and strength and mobility training. The breakout will include talking about fitness myths, age related changes and how to prevent them, how to program workouts, and a 30 minute workout.
