Our Story
1. A Legacy of Faithfulness in Mpigi
For over 20 years, Michael and Juliette Masembe have faithfully overseeing life-giving ministry in Mpigi, Uganda. Their dedication has touched countless lives through children’s homes, medical clinics, sustainable farm initiatives, compassionate community care, prison outreach, and Awana clubs—serving as a constant light in the region.
As this ministry enters a new season, we are focusing our support on two vital pillars of the community: the Peace Portal Community Church and the Heritage School.
2. Peace Portal Community Church
Pastor Michael has passed the torch of church leadership to Pastor Patrick. Today, this thriving congregation is a spiritual home for more than 150 adults and 220 children. Together, they are actively reaching out to their neighbours, sharing the gospel, and practically serving those in need through our ongoing partnership.
3. Empowering the Next Generation
Headmaster Alice leads a flourishing school of over 600 students. Through our shared support in helping cover teacher and staff salaries, no child is turned away from the life-changing opportunity of an education. Every student receives a nutritious daily lunch and, most importantly, learns that they are deeply loved and created with purpose by a God who saves through Jesus.
