Living Well is a faith-based peer support group for individuals exploring mental wellness. It is a relational drop-in group time where you can connect with others to share experiences and gain support and encouragement in your journey. These times are facilitated by endorsed members of our Spiritual Care Team.
We meet every 2nd and 4th Wednesday, 7:00- 8:30pm, January to May in Room L02 (lower level).
You are welcome to drop in any evening to see if this is of interest to you.
